I put some #ifdef stuff in to make the compiler pick code according to the version of C++ that you have. If this works for everyone, I (or anyone else with newer versions of VS) can commit normally without having to maintain two copies of the code. The changes are all in the PanelSDK code. Please let me know if this breaks builds for VS6. (This change can be deleted if it does)
