Added more Apollo 13 simulation. Unfortunately the fuel cells don't stop working when we run out of oxygen, so I'm not quite sure what's up with them!

Also fixed a stupid bug which seriously stuffed up some onboard systems in Apollo 13 (e.g. mission timer).

Edit: oh, you'll need to update the config directory too.

Hi Movieman,

the fuel cells did fail, but because of the quite huge manifolds it took about 10 min until they are empty. I reduced the size, now they should fail much faster. Please update your Config and Orbitersdk folder (I had to increase the PanelSDK version number).

BTW: The O2FAILURETIME is about 10h before the explosion, is that indented?

... and after the fuel cells failed, the CSM is dead, no main bus undervolt alarm, because there are no batteries connected to the busses...
