Well, you flap you arms really fast...
Seriously, it depends on which scenario you use. If your using the Quickstart's, then they will start at T-[whatever], check the scenario information in the lunchpail.
If they are AGC, then you gotta do a lot of switch throwing and knob tweaking. Check the Checklists.
