Steve Coy, Show Curator
Steve received an MFA from University of Hawaii in 2007. He works in many mediums ranging from video, installation, street art, performance, design, and photography; often in various combinations. His work is inspired by commercialism, corporatism, fashion, pop-culture and even events from daily life. Coy currently lives and works in Detroit, Michigan. His work has been exhibited in Berlin, Beijing, Melbourne, Sydney and he recently completed a large installation at the Honolulu Academy of Arts.
Jonathan Lillie, Show Curator & Special Issue Editor
Jonathan is an assistant professor of digital media and online journalism at Loyola University in Maryland. He was a Park Doctoral Fellow in the School of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His interests include online journalism, the cultural uses of Internet technologies, new media, 'information society' discourses, and web pornography.
