Jan. 31 of this year,” he explained. “It was the last
day that employees received the
salary,” he said.
“Employees explained to me that the regime already
informed them that the government
is going to dismiss
them after the announcement,” said
an IMNA source.
“We did not receive compensation,” said a woman MAPT
employee in Mudon
town, Mon State who trying to move
to Township Peace and Development
Council department.
“But the government gave a chance to young employees
to move and work in others
department. More than 50
years old MAPT employees were given
retirement,” she
added.
She said, “local townships department were removed and
only state and division department
were left.”
The Burmese military and Myanmar Agriculture Produce
Trading department stopped buying paddy at a low price
and landing money to farmer for
more than a years.
