procedures on returning refugees and told them that temporary citizenship cards
had been issued to refugees by the Burmese Military Government.
The envoy had many questions for both UNHCR and Burmese officials about the
condition of repatriated Muslim refugees, known as Rohingya, and they also
inspected the UNHCR's process of repatriation.
