Does anyone know why the oil companies are not cited in this report, as
they WERE cited in the July ILO report. And thats a little confusing.
Are the oil companies, ergo TOTAL, Unocal, Premier, Nippon Oil, now off
the hook, as far as the ILO is concerned?
Any clarification now would be most constructive.
