The World Bank's Move to resolve th (r)

Subject: Re: The World Bank's Move to resolve the Gridlock in Burma

jm and readers, lets not kid around here, everyone knows these less
developed and less rich countries are virtually begging for world bank
and imf funding. no one needs to go to burma to see for themselves if
they could use the money for development. what they must get straight in
their minds is democracy for development first, otherwise you get
dictatorship, and more out of control corruption without the
institutions of development to keep democracy safely in check and
balance. get serious first, world bank about democracy, then go ahead
with the hand outs to the have-nots so that no one in the future under
democratic leadership goes begging.
