There are extra issues related to running many related lists. In particular, you may need to make a regular post to all your lists explaining what lists exist and what they're for. This helps keep things on topic on all the lists.
Your list-of-lists should contain the list names, subscription details, main focus, and an example of the sort of thing posted there. I'd recommend posting it fortnightly or monthly, depending on how busy your lists are and how badly they need it.
