dragonfly, etc. trip 6/29/02

New Hope Audubon Society extends an invitation to all those
interested to join in the following field trip:

Topic: Dragonflies 101. (We will look at birds and leps as they
present themselves, of course.)

Date/Time: Saturday, June 29, 2002, 9:00 a.m.

Location: Rendezvous 9:00 a.m. in front of the Mardis Gras Bowling
Lanes (Falconbridge Shopping Center) on highway 54, at the
intersection with I-40 and Farrington south of Durham. We will
car-pool from there to one or more good sites, most likely Horton's
Pond in Chatham County.

Leader: local odonate maven, Joshua Rose.

Bring binoculars, insect repellent, sun protection, and drinking
water, since dragonflies like open, sunny habitats. E-mail Patrick
Coin (patrick@coinconsult.net) if you have any questions, but there
is no need to sign up.
