First Fall Migrant

I have been birding Duke Gardens this past week during lunch in search of Fall migrants. Until today I had just picked species that I thought were probably local birds - Red-eyed Vireo, Blue-gray Gnatcatcher, Northern Parula and Black-and-White Warbler. But today (8/27) I saw what I consider a bonifide migrant - a Magnolia Warbler feeding in low bushes in the Bloomquist area of the gardens
