Re duck stamps

Unless things have changed (and often they do without my knowing it), duck
stamps are real (but pricey and special-purpose) stamps, and you can buy
'em at the post office as well as at National Wildlife Refuges. Fish &
Wildlife Service conducts a yearly competition to select the next year's
artwork for the stamp. The stamps are quite handsome and some folks frame
'em. Others just let 'em get sweaty and wrinkled in their wallets and whip
them out whenever one will save an admission fee. Proceeds from sale of the
stamps go to F&WS for habitat conservation. It's a good thing for all us
us bird-lovers to buy one, whatever our means of hunting (bins or weapons).
