Friday, Donna and I did the Calhoun Co-East portion of the Congaree NM CBC, SC.
Our area consisted on land along US 601 from St. matthews to Ft. Motte. We had
about 60 species-our best birds were a male Baltimore Oriole and a pair of
Euasian Collared-Doves both in St. Matthews, and a WHite-eyed Vireo near Ft.
Motte. We had alot of Ruby-crowned Kinglets, Song and White-throated
Sparrows. WE had winter finches besides Amrican Goldfinches.
Cheers,
Dennis
