My other half and I birded the Lick Creek area of Falls Lake for the CBC
today. I have never birded Falls Lake before, but I was able to finagle
the day off yesterday and I went and scouted out our count area. My
thanks to Brian Bockhahn for compiling the count and letting us newbies
participate.
We had fairly decent results, as follows: (* are birds I saw yesterday
