Birders,
My wife and I will be in the Asheville area from late this week until
the middle of next (April 13-19). We are hoping to do some birding
in the area, specifically looking for warblers that don't quite make it
up to Maine. We'd appreciate any of your suggestions for don't-
miss spots or good migration hotspots this time of year.
We have a have a copy of Simpson's Birds of the Blue Ridge Mts.
guide, but would appreciate knowing of any areas or situations that
have cropped up or changed since it was published.
Also, what are the chances of seeing a Swainson's warbler this
early? The best strategies/spots to go?
Thanks in advance for all your help,
Chad Dorsey
