At lunchtime I checked out Indian Trail Park in Durham NC and found a
few migrants, highlighted by a nice Philadelphia Vireo, my first for
Durham County. Other neotropical migrants included an imm. Yellow-
billed Cuckoo eating a very hirsute caterpillar, single White-eyed and
Red-eyed Vireos, a Swainson's Thrush, a Rose-breasted Grosbeak, and a
Yellow-bellied Sapsucker (right on schedule). Catbirds are still
everywhere. Only a single warbler - C. Yellowthroat.
Butterfly highlight was a Little Yellow - rarely see them in the city.
