Re your #245. [a]
In observing planes on
practice flights, I notice that the color of military and naval planes has not
been changed and that they are not camouflaged. However, I have heard that
among the naval planes there are those which have been observed to be painted a
light green.
Though I am making
additional secret investigations, that is all for the time being.
Furthermore, in recent
times, the number of planes flying above the city has decreased considerably.
