By the time I am writing this, Pointcast has turned Murdoch down.  But 
why would News Corp. need to by Pointcast to be a licensee of Pointcast 
technology, and to use the technology to push programming via the 
Internet?  Certainly, licensing must not cost $350 million.  Any thoughts 
on why News Corp. alledgedly pursued this path?
