	   For man pages like this, should the page be converted, or should we add the
	   BSD 4.4 macros to tmac.an, or a combination of both?

   Unless there is a compatibility problem, I think that it would be better
   to add the BSD macros. Then we save future work, and don't force people
   to abandon old BSD habits.


Just tell man to use the tmac.andoc (-mandoc) which inludes the old
man format and the new doc format which bsd uses.  it's easy and fun.

Any man packages that don't use this should be upgraded now...
