	 manual for tty stuff

Hi,

Has anyone been documenting the tty drivers? I see a manual
describing things such as:

* ioctls
* termios flags
* the difference between ttyS? and cua?
* how to configure modem cables
* how to use ptys
* keyboard mappings
* console vt100 terminal emulation
* etc.

Basically it would document most of the stuff in the chr_dev
directory, and it would probably be divided into two sections,
one for users just needing to get their modems working, and
another for programmers writing tty code.

Any ideas? I don't want to start on this project if it
duplicates someone's work.			-=- julian
