I don't recall whether I mailed to glowbugs or not but am making
progress with the Electrom Microscope. Even if I can't get it going as
a microscope, it has some interesting possibilities for messing
around with tubes as there are approx 20 wires fed through to a terminal
block inside the vacuum chamber.

These *are* the people putting out the QSTs in conjunction with the
ARRL. They've now got 1970 and later out, and hope to have everything
out by the end of the year.

Folks:
I picked up a National MB-150 Multi-band tank circuit from WJ ford Surplus
last week. I plan to use it in a single ended amp using a HF-100 with about
150 watts input. Has anybody had experience with this tank circuit? From
the add in the 1950 ARRL Handbook, it is supposed to tune 80 thru 10 meters
without coil changes.
