The Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Development  for the
province of Alberta, Canada, has launched a new Web page designed to
deliver their information.  It is running as a pilot under the name of
PROJECT BARLEY.

Project Barley will run for eight weeks.  You are invited to visit the
site and provide feedback on the service.
