By that I mean to include: telephones, cellular phones, radio transceivers (CB, amateur, etc.), computers equipped with modems, satellite dishes, VCRs, FAXes, etc. I am particularly interested in how these devices are used to receive (one-way) or transceive (two-way, interactively exchange) agricultural-related information (from Universities, listservers like this one, other people on BBS's or free-nets.
