Search for sequence homology to predefined sections of biosequence databanks, using FastA software.

Steps to fill out in this form:

  1. Databank Section -- Choose a predefined selection of databank(s) to search
  2. Search Options -- Select search program and options
  3. Sequence entry -- Input your query sequence
  4. -- Send this query to the server computer
