Dear Tariq:
Probably Horace McCracken is the most knowledgeable person in the world when 
it comes to solar distillation equipment. He has been designing and installing 
systems since about 1959, many of the projects have been desalinisation with 
tilted glass distillers. Hope this helps you out.
