Found a nice ceiling fan, the Emerson HF1152 industrial "heat fan," which
is 52" in diameter, with 3 airfoil-shaped, molded fiberglass blades,
34,500 cfm, 96 watts, available with a continuous speed control. 5 year
warranty. $146 at a local store here. Cheaper and more efficient than the
usual ceiling fan. Unidirectional. Comes in off-white or brown.

Just the thing to sit inside the tension ring, at about the radiant
heat barrier level, below the warm ceiling pond in a foam/concrete dome,
perhaps, controlled by a thermostat that turns it on to blow air down
when the dome needs heat...
