If you mean ice cubes as in water poured into a mould and left to freeze then you're talking ia+, on the other hand, if you're talking about the white frost that you get when you don't defrost properly, we're talking rhew. In other words, ia+ is what you put in your lemonade, makes pipes burst, makes you skid on the road, rhew is frost, what you get on the grass in the morning.
