Further to the comments of Chris and Iwan concerning the devolution and independence question in Wales, it seems to me that the Welsh have even less chance of any sort of devolution than us living here in Scotland. Having said that, I am constantly impressed (surprised) at the level of interest in the Welsh language, which to my (ignorant) mind seems much higher than that of Gaelic (and Scots) in Scotland. Why is it that the Welsh seem to have a tighter hold of their language than the Scots ? Suggestions please ! Although I'd love to see devolution, and maybe more, for both Scotland and Wales, pragmatically I think we'll have to wait a long time for it ! I'm waiting........ Justin Fackrell
