OK, all of you, stop. (Please.) No more messages to WELSH-L on the topic of getting the rules. Heather, please can you find out from your brother whether he'd mind putting it into the WELSH-L archives. If he doesn't mind, please send me the article, (disk copy if available), and I will arrange to have it and possibly pictures in the form of TIFFs or GIFs put in the archives. When that happens (if that happens) I will announce it to WELSH-L. OK? I'm not just sending out "my" copy of the rules because the version I use is only one possible interpretation of the available (and incomplete) information. I'd rather people had the information that we were working from so they can draw their own conclusions, and not end up crediting me with an authority that I never claimed. Unfortunately, the information we worked from includes a 20 page article that I don't have time to type in. I'm re-assesing my initial impulse to send the whole thing out, though, because I hadn't anticipated the enormous response I've been getting. Sending out a couple dozen packets is going to ruin my budget. Let me see if I can get permission from the actual author of the description I've been using (my brother) and see how easy it would be to interpret the diagrams in ASCII. I may be able to post that part of it after all, but maybe not for a week or so. Heather Rose Jones
