Title I, SEC. 1393. APPLICABILITY OF CERTAIN ERISA PROTECTIONS TO ENROLLED INDIVIDUALS. The provisions of sections 510 (relating to interference with rights protected under Act) and 511 (relating to coercive interference) of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 shall apply, in relation to the provisions of this Act, with respect to individuals enrolled under corporate alliance health plans in the same manner and to the same extent as such provisions apply, in relation to the provisions of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, with respect to participants and beneficiaries under employee welfare benefit plans covered by title I of such Act.
