Title V, SEC. 5234. PRIORITY OF CERTAIN BANKRUPTCY CLAIMS. Section 507(a)(8) of title 11, United States Code, is amended to read as follows: ``(8) Eighth, allowed unsecured claims ``(A) based upon any commitment by the debtor to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Resolution Trust Corporation, the Director of the Office of Thrift Supervision, the Comptroller of the Currency, or the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, or their predecessors or successors, to maintain the capital of an insured depository institution; ``(B) for payments under subtitle B of title IV of the Health Security Act owed to a regional alliance (as defined in section 1301 of such Act); ``(C) for payments owed to a corporate alliance health plan under trusteeship of the Secretary of Labor under section 1395 of the Health Security Act; or ``(D) for assessments and related amounts owed to the Secretary of Labor under section 1397 of the Health Security Act.''.
