Layout: Papers must by typed with one column to a page on paper measuring 8.5 x 11 inches, single line vertical spacing, 65 character per line. The general header should be centered and must include: - Paper's title - Postal Address of the principal author - Principal author's name - Coauthors' names The text must follow the general header. Papers and abstracts may be sent sent by fax, e-mail, postal mail or on diskettes (3.5" or 5.25") in format ASCII or WordPerfect (version 5.1 or later). Papers received on the specified dates and accepted will be included in the Conference Proceedings. VI Forms of participation. Scientific papers: This include research's reports, systems in development, results evaluation, reviews of the state of the art. Exposition time must not exceed 15 minutes with 5 minutes optional to answer attendees' questions. Posters: There will be an area for posters presentation. Authors should be in the area for possible contacts in accordance with the Conference Program. (Poster's layout width: 90 cm heigth: 120 cm). Panel discussions: This form of presentation will be included upon request to discuss methodologies, politics, problems, success, deficiencies and opportunities regarding program areas. Duration must not exceed 60 minutes.
