A Happy Married Life: A Buddhist Perspective [32k]
by Dr. K. Sri Dhammananda
1987; 68pp.
Guidelines and advice for married couples, from a traditional Theravada Buddhist perspective.
Bhikkhu Silacara
A Young People's Life of the Buddha [95k]
by Bhikkhu Silacara (1871-1950)
1953; 180pp.
An account of the life of the Buddha in language that young adults might find
accessible. Although the book is probably too long for most children, some
passages bring the Buddha's life and times vividly to life on the page, and would be
eminently suited for reading aloud to younger children. Some other
passages are a bit dense and dated, but these can be easily skipped over.
