I vote for changing the name.  As it is, the name of the document doesn't
tell me what the document -- it just tells me that it's some kind of
reference guide related to Usenet.  "Bible of Usenet" could mean anything
from a history of Usenet, to a netiquette guide, to a description of
groups, to a description of how to get access, to all of the above.

It appears from the above list that the "Bible of Usenet" is actually a
list of usenet groups, with various kinds of information about each one
that helps to characterize the group.  If that's really what it is, and it's
all that it really is, I'd suggest calling it the "Guide to Usenet Groups".
