Simple and descriptive, but inaccurate.

One would expect the "Usenet Guide" to explain how to post to and read
Usenet groups.  As far as I understand, what is currently the "Usenet
Bible" does not have that wide of a scope -- it has descriptions of Usenet
newsgroups.  "Usenet Guide" implies much more than that.

BTW, it might even be reasonable not to include Usenet.  Most people don't
know that Usenet is at first -- they think they're getting "Net" access,
or "Internet" Access, or that they're "going online".  It might be better
to explain in the document itself that Usenet is the correct name for the
newsgroups.

That's why I like something like "Catalog of Newsgroups".
