smail-send-pr.tar.gz
This is the Gnu GNATS send-pr program, which is used
for sending PRs (problem reports) about smail.
The advantage of using send-pr is that it prompts
you for, and organises, all the relevant information
which makes it much easier for PRs to be processed.
