To list (2nd try - sorry if this question pops up twice)

I have a problem with put(10) on windows, probably related to end of line character difference between unix and dos/windows. SWI seems to automatically do a put(13) after a put(10), as if it assumes I try to make an end of line. Is there of writing ascii 10 to a file without ascii 13 following? I run the latest (the xpce) edition.
