Hi!
Ok!

I asserted exactly pred(param1, param2)

and I queried from (my program) pred(param1, _).
------------------------------------------------------------
So:

?- asserta(pred(param1, param2)).
Yes

?- pred(param1, _)
Yes                        /*of course*/

?- [my program].
decision1 ;
decision2 ;
...
decisionN ;
! no answer !

-------------------------------------------------------------
I debug many times [my program] and I found that:
    there are situations there such calling:
        pred(param1, _)
    within [my program] may FAIL. I am still under impression.

    ...
    Call: (585) goal(param1, _G46697) ? creep
    Fail: (585) goal(param1, _G46697) ? creep
^  Call: (585) asserta(goal(param1, param2) ? abort
% Execution Aborted
?- listing(goal).

:- dynamic goal/3.

goal(param1, param2).

Yes
?- "VODKA'n" I do?    /* joke, sounds like "What can I do?" */

I can't explain problem simpler.
