Guess something is wrong?  I've heart this before, but not recently.
So, what Prolog version?  What OS version (+service pack)?  does it
depend on things loaded or done before you exit or does it happen even
if you simply start end immediately exit Prolog?  Does plcon.exe have
the same porblem?
