CHINFO (CHINESE INFORMATION EXCHANGE) is an electronic mailing list devoted to sharing and discussing chinese topics. CHINFO was established by several chinese students in Keio University in 1989. But we found that more and more people have subscribed to it, so we decided to open it for all areas of Japan. To serve the chinese students, scholars, employees and those people who are interested in chinese topics in Japan is the sole purpose of this mailing list. Articles in CHINFO may include, but not limited to: a) News of China, Taiwan and Hongkong; b) Software, hardwares and technologies for chinese computing; c) Reviews of chinese books; d) Life information; e) Comments, questions and answers. So long as your articles are in Chinese or is otherwise related to the subject "About Chinese", you can post it to this list. As all articles posted into this list are related to chinese topics, you are strongly suggested to post in Chinese. The usage of chinese utilities is introduced in the FAQ of NG "alt.chinese.text", it is posted in "alt.chinese.text" monthly.
