Hi, Kerry: Let me formally finish the transition job. My understanding to RTC (aka: Real Terrible Consultant, TM:Liu Yuan :-) job responsibility is: i) Deal with readers' problems in Chinese reading/editing (including how to contribute to HXWZ) /printing ii) Take care of readers' subscription to HXWZ requests as well. Currently, there are three listserv lists for HXWZ readers: ccman-l: listserv@uga.uga.edu (list 1 for GB version) cmpsu-l: listserv@psuvm.psu.edu (list2 for GB version) cmuwa-l: listserv@uwavm.u.washington.edu (list for HZ version) I tend in my term to introduce readers to subscribe cmpsu-l to distract burden on ccman-l. If you like, "educate" readers to send right "signoff" command to right listserv addresse too. :-) I updated Pingnan's RTC.zip file and put in /Info directory, cnd.org site, login in as cm, named as RTC-up.zip. In all, the RTC job is not that difficult as you may think, :-) at least after one or two weeks when you are familiar with the job. And you will be sure to feel rewarded when the readers share their news of being able to read HXWZ on their computers. I'll just share those questions that I don't know with other cmers on cm net. :-) There are more experts there. :-) If you are not on cm net, someone else may forward the readers' questions there to you. So, have fun in this "RTC" job. :-) Yanan.
