           IFCSS/Levine Immigration Services Program

After a long period of planning and careful evaluation in the market,
the IFCSS, as promised before, is now announcing and recommending to
you a program, IFCSS/Levine Immigration Services Program, jointly
developed by IFCSS Immigration Service Group and Samuel Jay Levine's
Immigration Law Firm. Based on the needs and the nature of majority
of Chinese students, graduates and professionals, the IFCSS designs
this program as one of a series of projects to serve CSS community by
offering all types of immigrant or non-immigrant visa services.
                    ___ ___ ___

The Unique Points of This Service Program

1. You have a strong supporter organization: the IFCSS

Since its establishment six years ago in 1989, the IFCSS has lived up
to its promise to serve Chinese nationals in the U.S. In the past
years, it has been trying its utmost to protect the interests of the
overseas Chinese community, and relying on its group strength, deve-
loped or promoted successfully numerous service programs that were
and still are appreciated greatly by Chinese nationals. Because of
the relentless effort from the IFCSS, the Chinese Students Protection
Act (CSPA) was implemented in 1993, and the Family Reunion Program, a
joint effort between the IFCSS and the US government was carried out,
making tens of thousands of Chinese be able to choose their future
in the former case, and over a thousand families reunited in the
latter. Those who benefited from these and other programs know that,
whenever a problem occurs, the IFCSS, as their support national orga-
nization, always makes itself available to solve the problems to
their satisfaction.

2. You have also a super law firm, Levine's Immigration Law Firm

On the other hand, Levine's firm, the co-founder of this program, is
a well respected lawyer specialized in US immigration and citizen-
ship law with extensive background in international law, who has
been in this field for over twenty years. The principal of the firm,
Mr. Levine, is listed in the Martidale-Hubbell Law Directory and is
AV rated, which is the highest rating given by this directory. Since
1974, this firm provided services to individuals from over two hund-
red countries and territories with a nearly 100% success rate. Appr-
oximately among the 8,000 cases the firm has processed before, there
were only two failed cases, which were done successfully on a second
trial; Among all the employment visas (H-1B) granted last year in
the U.S.A., this firm contributed 1.25%, which has to be an excell-
ent result considering that there are over forty-thousand immigra-
tion law firms in this country. The firm has in-house staffs who
speak 27 foreign foreign languages, including Chinese. It also has
regular radio and TV segments, and publications focusing on immigra-
tion issues. The IFCSS chooses to cooperate with this firm becuase
of its excellent credential, high quality service record, and in
particular, the GROUP Prices it offers specifically to you through
the IFCSS.

3. You will enjoy the quality services of this program with prices
way below average costs on the market. Only through the IFCSS'
effort and this program, can members of CSS community have the oppo-
rtunities to enjoy AV rated services with hard-to-beat group rates
which will hardly be found by individuals.

4. The emphasis of this program focuses on obtaining "Permanent re-
sidency via labor certificate", "Permanent residency as an outstan-
ding professional" (You may find you have plenty of chances even if
you are still in the Ph.D program, which you never knew before);
"Employment visa (H-1B), including status change, e.g., F-1 changed
to H-1B", and "Waiver of requirement for home-country residency (J-
1 waiver), etc.

As we are all witnessing, the national anti-immigrants sentiment is
on a rise from recent Congress legislations and our lobbying activi-
ties in the Capitol Hill. The IFCSS provides the opportunity to you,
the members of our community, of selected immigration services
through this program. Please make a phone call for free information,
consultation and evaluation no matter you are a professional, or
graduating student or even you are just a junor student at the Gra-
duate School - You may have a chance and please grasp it in time.
