Resolution on Third Anniversary of June Fourth (C3029) Whereas IFCSS should cooperate with the other pro-democracy organizations, other Chinese organizations and foreign friends to organize memorial activities on the Third Anniversary of June Fourth, to memorize the victims of the Massacre and to support those political prisoners who are under continuous abuse of the Chinese Government; Resolved: A Committee for June Fourth Anniversary set up to coordinate memorial activities nation wide; The responsibilities of the Committee include: 1). Fund raising; 2). Coordinating united activities with other pro-democracy organizations; 3). Organizing rally in Washington D.C. and coordinating rallies in other cities and campuses; 4). Distributing June Fourth Brochures among campuses by May 15, 1992. (Cooperating with the Newsletter and Theoretical Working Committee). 5).
