Resolution on the Registration of the Presidential Candidacy (C3036) WANG Jian/Luan Shusheng Whereas the Council recognizes the prominent influence the IFCSS President has on the performance of IFCSS, and Whereas the Council recognizes the importance that the guiding principle, competence,personality, and working plan of any IFCSS presidential candidate be made known to the public, and Whereas the Council recognizes that the Constitution only requires an IFCSS presidential candidate to have the nomination of 15 congressional delegates, and Whereas the Council recognizes the lack of time to justify the hereabove qualification of any candid candidates during the 3-days Fourth IFCSS Congress, Be it resolved, that, the Council requires that each candidate inform the IFCSS Fourth Congress Task Force of his/her intention of running for IFCSS President 15 days prior to the Fourth Congress. The Committee then shall inform the public by way of official news releases over the e-mail network 14 days prior to the Fourth Congress. This motion will be void if only one pair of candidates informs the Task Force by the date of the above deadline. Motion adopted with 13 yea, 1 abstain.
