[CR5006] The Resolution on IFCSS and the New-Comers' Organization by Wang Jing/Zhang Feng The situation under which New-Comers' Organization(NCO) established has created an image of a splitting CSS community. Whereas IFCSS is to serve and represent the interests of the whole Chinese Scholars and Students (CSS) community, Whereas misunderstandings and lacking of communication have caused problems between some late arriving CSS and other CSS, It is the responsibility of IFCSS to oversee this issue and solve the related problems. Be it resolved: IFCSS initiate and keep contact with the NCO and show the willingness of working with them for their interests. Be it further resolved: IFCSS provide services to NCO when feasible, which may include equipmental support, information consulting and other kind of support for specific projects that would benefit the CSS community. IFCSS should always have its gate open up equally to both the early-arriving CSS and the late-arriving CSS in order to achieve its goal of serving the complete CSS community in the US.
