- The Online Hotline will provide live, anonymous, secure crisis support to victims of sexual assault and their families and friends.
- It will be staffed by trained volunteers from local rape crisis centers across the country, 24/7.
- Users can access up-to-date information and resources, 24/7.

What We're Doing to Make Sure It's Safe

-Experts in the areas of privacy and security are helping provide the safest possible experience for users of this service.
- We’re not logging IP addresses, so sessions cannot be traced, and we’re not storing session transcripts.
- The site will offer extensive information on what users can do to guarantee safety on their own computers.

This site lists the advantages of OnLine Counseling Services. Convenience, Confidentiality, protecting your privacy with no one needing to know. Some individuals find it easier to communicate their personal issues when not having to face a counselor/therapist in person or find it difficult to trust someone at first. For clients who are being seen in-person OnnhjLine Counseling provides an opportunity for availability to their counselor/therapist 24 hours/7 days. OnLine Counseling is also designed to be low-cost and affordable.
