Well said!  How true.  One of our members recently beat an aircraft 
ticket in California because he dug up an obscure section of the CA 
vehicle code that states "a marked section of road constitutes a speed 
trap" and speed traps are pretty much illegal in Calif.  

In a way, it was unfortunate that the judge agreed.  He wanted to appeal 
and make it binding on the state.  This would have effectively grounded 
all airplane speed traps.
