OK, firstly, I think there was a law being considered in Ohio (not sure if
it passed or not) that requires you to turn on your headlights whenever
you use your wipers.  Almost everybody does anyway, so this is pretty much
moot.

Secondly, where do you live?  There are *plenty* of places where two cars
pass on the same road at relatively high speeds (>45mph) in the middle of
nowhere.  I don't understand what you have against DRL's anyway.
