Well, my car may be an interesting comparison. It's a Dodge Omni (the
econo hatchback car) with a 2.2L turbocharged engine and Shelby
suspension, with 15" wheels (195-50R15). It's smooth up to 110mph - the
steering wheel can be controlled with one hand, and it doesn't shake.
I attribute the solidity to the stiffness of suspension (the wind and
road shape don't make the car hover or rock on its suspension) and the
fact that the tires are balanced and are low-profile. The interior still
rattles. :) It's still an Omni.
