If you want to use your lowbeams, fine; but I'm talking about people (kids)
who uses those expensive FUCKING bright PIAA foglights in broad daylight.
Blinding every single car passing by ... geeeezzz ...
And there are people who thinks they're doing other people a favour by using
high beams at unecessary conditions, e.g. on a highway while FOLLOWING
someone else. Wonder how that person in fron to him feels. THis happened to
me when I drive back here on Sunday. I was driving at 140 or something and
this guy came flying out form the middle lane with his highbeams on. (It was
8pm and one can stillsee quite clearly with any lights). No he does not want
to pass me; he was going at 110 or something ... oh well ...
